You can relax now that you can have a kite literally flying on your earlobe. The 18k earnut is on the bottom of the chain and circles behind your ear to fasten onto the 18k post creating a soft-hoop.  A classic looking stud with a bar link chain that acts as the kite string, controlling the motion of movement.  Kite measures 1/5" tall and 5/16" wide, it hangs with the chain 3/4" long.
